Andi Crutwell-Jones
Andi Crutwell-Jones is a business strategist and co-founder of Wunderlab, with more than 25 years’ experience across business development, psychology, organisational transformation, the creative industries, and technology.
Before wunderlab, Andi built and led a creative business partnering with organisations including BBC Worldwide, Disney, Universal, and 19 Entertainment. Working across international markets, he developed projects, built teams, and turned ideas into commercially successful outcomes.
Today, Andi helps leaders and organisations make clearer decisions about what to build, change, or let go of. He is passionate about developing digital tools and AI-enabled products that support human judgement, create clarity, and improve decision-making in complex environments.

Lauren Alexandra
Lauren Alexandra is an organisational development and transformation leader with more than 20 years’ experience across leadership, communication, design, and organisational change. A former Director at Expedia Group, she built and led global development, design, and transformation initiatives supporting 18,000 employees and 4,000 leaders through growth and change.
As co-founder of Wunderlab, Lauren works with leaders facing complexity, pressure, and change. Her work is built on a belief that people come first, and that technology, systems, and AI should strengthen human judgement rather than replace it. She helps organisations create the conditions for clearer thinking, stronger leadership, and progress that lasts.

Wunderlab works with a wide network of human collaborators when the work demands it - from financiers, artists, and journalists to FTSE 500 executives, strategists, and operators.
We believe some of the most valuable thinking happens when a sharp mind is applied to a problem outside its usual environment, bringing fresh perspective as well as deep expertise where needed. Alongside this, Wunderlab operates with its own AI Boardroom team as part of the day-to-day running of the business. Agent 5 was born from that experience.
We’ve seen firsthand how intelligent technology, when designed around real human roles, personalities, and decision-making styles, can improve clarity, thinking, and momentum. But the human remains central - the decision maker, the creative force, and the person responsible for judgement, balance, and resolution.
