Imposter Syndrome: Understanding Self-Doubt

Explore the patterns behind self-doubt and learn practical ways to feel more assured in your role.

This session helps people understand why imposter feelings show up and how they affect confidence at work. Participants learn tools to challenge unhelpful thinking, recognise their strengths, and approach work with more balance. The tone is supportive, normalising, and focused on building gradual confidence rather than quick fixes.

How Relationships Inform Who We Are

Learn how personal patterns influence working relationships, communication, and team dynamics.

This workshop explores how our early experiences shape how we interact with others. Participants reflect on communication styles, relationship patterns, and the small adjustments that can make teamwork easier. The aim is to build understanding, reduce friction, and support healthier everyday interactions.

Thinking Differently as a Team

Learn practical ways to unlock fresh thinking, strengthen problem-solving, and generate better ideas together.

This session strengthens how teams think, explore, and develop ideas. It focuses on simple, everyday habits that support clearer thinking and more effective problem-solving. Participants learn techniques to broaden perspective, challenge assumptions, and build on others’ contributions, helping good ideas surface more easily in day-to-day work.

Introduction to Mindfulness

Learn simple techniques to support focus, reduce stress, and stay steady during busy periods.

This session introduces mindfulness as an everyday skill rather than a specialist practice. Participants explore how small shifts in attention can help reduce pressure, improve concentration, and bring more awareness into decision -making. The focus is on what’s realistic and usable within a typical working day.

Food and Mood: The Psychology of Energy & Emotional Eating

Understand how everyday eating habits influence energy, mood, and general wellbeing at work.

This workshop looks at the connection between food, mood, and emotional patterns. Participants learn how to recognise triggers, stabilise energy, and make choices that support steadier thinking and calmer responses under pressure. The content is relatable and grounded in day-to-day life, not restrictive or prescriptive.

Plant-Based Eating for Wellbeing

Explore simple, plant-forward food choices that can support energy, balance, and overall wellbeing, without pushing any specific diet or lifestyle.

This session introduces plant-based eating as an easy, flexible way to improve daily wellbeing rather than a strict lifestyle. Participants learn how adding more plant-forward meals or snacks can stabilise energy, support mood, and make busy days feel more manageable. The workshop covers accessible ideas, quick swaps, and realistic approaches that fit into everyday routines — offering variety and alternatives without pressure or judgement.
